Lost in Paperwork

Hello. It's me. That voice coming from behind that pile of papers, statements, forms, contracts, checks, and more papers.

This is what it is like to buy a home in financially insecure times. A home you can not just buy from a seller, but a home of co-operation. I have finally assembled the 70 page stacks of "please pick us" goodness and tonight they will all be copied 9 times. I am just glad the board doesn't have a bigger table or else i may just have to carry all the packets on a pallet and just fork them down like they do with bags of concrete at Home Depot.

I seriously have to re-think how we are going to get all these papers home.

Relieved to be finished? Yes. I mean, we still have to be approved first, but still. We are dying to move. Not because we won't miss the city (There's a reason I bought a Mega Millions ticket this afternoon), but because we need some space. Just a place where you don't have to walk around things so much. We need a place to put all our generous gifts. We seriously don't know what we have anymore because they are sitting in New Jersey (sorry Jung!). We need to be able to say, "Hi dear, I'm in the other room." Drool.

These papers. I hope we are done. I hope I am going to go to Queens tomorrow and drop everything off. I hope I don't get papercuts.
